    Summer Learning Support

    Please find attached the 'Oak Academy Advice to Parents - Summer Learning Support' Leaflet.

    The Oak Academy website is full of activities to support your child over the summer should you wish them to continue their studies over the summer break.

    Lots of ideas to make learning fun and keep children entertained should you wish to use them.

    Please enjoy the lovely weather and some downtime too!

    We are looking forward to the PTFA Euro 2021 Football Fun Day and fingers crossed an extra special reason to celebrate!

    Details of the Community Celebration Day are also included in today's newsletter, thank you to all of Freckleton's various groups working together to help make this day a success for the whole community.

    As we have had to close two class bubbles this week, please can we urge parents to continue to support the safety of our school family by wearing face coverings (if able), maintaining social distancing and following the one-way system whilst on the school site.

    The wet weather this week has caught several children out,please can you ensure your child bring a coat to school with them for as much as possible we like children to enjoy the fresh air at break times. Better to have a coat and not need it than not have a coat and get wet!
