Class Information
Year 1 are taught by Mrs Kirk Monday and Tuesday.
Mrs Jenkins teaches Year 1 Wednesday to Friday.
Miss Dean and Miss Loughran support in our class.
Home Learning
Please encourage your child to read for at least 10 minutes every night. Reading should be recorded in the Home School Diary and signed by an adult. Home reading books will be changed each Friday.
Maths homework will be set on a Monday on the MyMaths online platform. This should be completed by the following Monday.
The passwords for all online learning platforms can be found in your child's reading diary. Your child should have their home reading book and diary in school everyday.
P.E.
Year 1 will have P.E. on Tuesday and Wednesday. School tracksuits should be worn on these days. This must comprise of a tracksuit top, bottoms and t-shirt. Shorts should also be worn underneath tracksuit bottoms or brought in a separate bag to be worn during P.E.
Please ensure all earrings are removed on tracksuit days.
