Class Information

Year 4 are taught by Mrs Banarsé

Mrs Catterall teaches the class on a Monday afternoon.

Mr Bredbury supports in our class Monday - Thursday mornings.

Home Learning

Please encourage your child to read for at least 10 minutes every night. Reading should be recorded in the Home School Diary and signed by an adult. Your child should have their home reading book and diary in school everyday.

Maths homework will be set on a Monday on the MyMaths online platform. This should be completed by the following Monday.

Spellings are sent home on a Friday and will be tested on the following Friday.

The passwords for all online learning platforms can be found in your child's reading diary. 

P.E.

Year 4 will have P.E. on Monday and Thursday. School tracksuits should be worn on these days. This must comprise of the school-branded tracksuit top, bottoms and t-shirt. Shorts should also be worn underneath tracksuit bottoms or brought in a separate bag to be worn during P.E. 

Swimming is on a Thursday, so children will need a swimsuit/trunks, a swimming cap (if hair is long) and a towel. 

Please ensure all earrings and watches are removed on tracksuit days.
